Yes, we are a subscription-based service! Any time you place an order, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription with a default frequency of one order every four weeks. If you need to make any adjustments to your order frequency, you can log in to your Customer Portal and click "Change" in the Shipment Frequency section. If you prefer a frequency not shown on your portal, you can email us directly at [email protected] and we'd be happy to adjust your frequency to best fit your needs.

If you'd prefer to cancel, you are also able to do so from your Customer Portal. Just scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click into "Coffee Membership Settings", then follow the prompts under "Stop Subscription" to cancel your subscription.
