You can cancel your subscription at any time via logging into your customer portal through our website here.
To cancel your subscription via your customer account follow these instructions:
1) Login to your account here.
2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page. To the right, underneath Billing Details, click "Coffee Membership Settings"
3) After you click "Coffee Membership Settings", follow the prompts under "Stop Subscription" to cancel your subscription.

Please note, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped, nor are we able to cancel any orders that were confirmed prior to the cancelation of your subscription.
